Quickly cultivating a presence and following for himself locally with the release of his debut single, ‘King of The Suburbs (For The Night)’, Servo Flowers now followed things up with the announcement of a new single – ‘Messed Up’.

These are the events that inspired contemporary jazz pianist Ricardo Bacelar to release a new version of the Milton Nascimento classic “Nothing Will Be As It Was (Nada Sera Como Antes)” as a single ahead of the release of his “Live in Rio (Ao Vivo No Rio)” album, which drops August 21 from Bacelar Productions.
Driven by growling guitars and vocals to match, the new single from Wellington-based artist Voodoo Bloo – ‘MMA’ – proves a hectic introduction to this young talent. The moniker of songwriter and musician Rory McDonald, Voodoo Bloo and their new music comes to punk rock fans with urgency and excitement powering it throughout.

Sinister ridicules his girlfriend’s parents – their home cooking (“your mom’s peanut butter pies”), Christmas gifts (“a book by Dan Brown”), conversation (“I suppose we’d discuss Charlie Rose”), media preferences (“Fox News or HuffPo”), etc. – but as a good boyfriend he says he is willing to tolerate all of these, and even capitulate to “watching Dancing with the Stars.”
North London lyricist Coops drops powerful visuals for Bring The Fire

Culture Vultures share ‘Reflection’ video
West Wales Hip Hop collective ‘Culture Vultures’ have teamed up with lead singer of Welsh Music Prize winning Post-Punk band Adwaith. Hollie Singer joins the group on vocals and galvanises the collaboration between both Carmarthen based artists.
Reflection (ft Hollie Singer & Dai Pump$) suceeds in painting a not so obvious stereo typical tourist board image of Wales, with its dark gritty visuals and serious topics that address opiod and social media addiction. Filmed in Cardiff the video could be described as Celtic Noir, a bleak but realistic view of isolation and confusion amongst youth in Wales today.

21-year old composer/artist Shane Thomas has today released his debut EP ‘Without A Lion’; a 4-track collection of powerful compositions, from the artist once hailed a “mini-Mozart” and described as “amazing” by Jamie Cullum. Released via Bucks Records, the recordings division of award-winning independent publisher Bucks Music Group, the EP is the first piece of original music from Shane since his teens and marks an exciting new direction in his output.
