Kai Ming & Antoine Seychal – ‘Alright’ (feat. OMZ) – A Tune To Get You Motivated To Working Out
Alright is a mainstream EDM track to motivate you while you are doing jumping jacks and push ups. The verse part is cadenced by tiny and lively percussions that fill the mix and move from left to right to add a feeling of agitation. After that comes the build up part where the main melody appears progressively with a staccato high brass. The main melody is the most simple as possible to hook the audience. For the chorus/drop part we played with a stomp kick we designed by filtering a Taiko. We wanted this music to have an stadium atmosphere. Especially in the last part of the last verse were all the supersaw stop and we can only here the voice, the kick and the brass. We can slightly here a crowded atmosphere in the very background with whistles and claps like if you are a soccer player or something.
Brooklyn-based Drug Couple are back with two new tracks, “No Outside” and “Alone 2gether”, Double B-Sides out now on PaperCup Music. JoLivi – Track: Ghost Of You
Emerging singer/songwriter JoLivi is quickly making a name for herself in the country music world. Born and raised in the Hawaii Islands, her love for country music started at a young age. While some may not correlate country music and the Aloha State, the rural landscapes, laid-back lifestyle, and steel guitar emulate the genre to a T. The ‘endearing’ and ‘vibrant’ vocalist (Taste of Country) caught the music bug as a child and quickly began singing wherever she had a chance. Recalling the ‘grittiness of Pink as if mixed with the power of Trisha Yearwood’ (Roughstock), JoLivi seamlessly transitioned from a pop artist in Los Angeles to a country artist in Nashville. Stating, “After college I moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in pop music, but it never felt natural to me.

Musician and historian Gary Revel fully expects readers to say, “No way this could be true,” as they peruse the pages of his colorful memoir, To Live or Maybe Not.
“Don’t worry, I feel the same way when I remember some things I have done in my life,” he quips in the book’s prologue.
Part coming-of-age and part adventurous road trip, To Live or Maybe Not begins in Florala, Alabama, near the Florida state line in 1949. Readers who experienced the nomadic, hippie culture of the ’60s and ’70s will be overcome with nostalgia, as Revel takes a long, winding stroll down a memory lane paved with colorful characters and unforgettable situations. We follow Revel through his unusual upbringing, his high school days and his US Navy service during Vietnam.

NY-Based Indie Pop Singer Songwriter MICHAEL BUONO Shares New Single “TV”
Says Buono: “The song was written before COVID, in a time where bad first dates were just a weekly thing. I was inspired by the feeling of wanting to spend more time with friends, going out and enjoying the people who matter most to you. But now, listening to this song in today’s madness, it makes me miss both of those things. Because now, neither bad dates nor going out with friends are an option in the social distance era. But at the same time, the upbeat and fun nature of the song makes me hopeful and excited for when this is all over, because I cannot wait to party with my buddies and go back to enjoying life.”

The buzz started building prior to the release date when the title track earned Most Added honors on the Billboard BDS chart driven by airplay from national outlet SiriusXM’s Watercolors. However, the album ended up being upstaged by the coronavirus pandemic when the two “events” hit the US in virtual lockstep. The dynamic duo looks to change the energy with the release of the set’s second single, “Windchime,” which is the No. 1 most added single on this week’s Billboard BDS chart.
