RAYVON, Barbados born, and SUGAR BEAR, Jamaican born, extend their cultural styles and infectious passion to their New York base and beyond. The duo will appear on “Wondergirl,” an upcoming summer release by rapper Wreckit Ralf.
RAYVON’s musical abstract includes success as commonplace; he began collaborating with Jamaican musician, Shaggy, on the multi-platinum hit “Angel,” “Big Up,” and the 2020 remake of “It Wasn’t Me.” His solo career lifted in 1994 when the release of “No Guns, No Murder” struck a trifecta on Billboard’s Hot 100, Rap Singles, and R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Meanwhile, SUGAR BEAR turned heads with his musical talent starting at a young age and fed off the energy of performing to his classmates. He began by doing dubs for the Young Hawk Sound System and performing locally. SUGAR BEAR matched the momentum of the music industry and started to perform globally and establish his record label, Black River Records.
