Jess Knights Drops New Single “Baby Won’t You Stay”

“Baby Won’t You Stay,” the first single taken from the forthcoming album, was written on Eleuthera, an Island in the Bahamas that translates to a feminine version of ‘free’ or ‘freedom’ in Ancient Greek. Capturing a vintage, throwback sound with a contemporary twist of dirty blazing guitar riffs, “Baby Won’t You Stay” is the feeling of not wanting a great night to end so that you can enjoy the company of someone who tickles your fancy just a little longer.

JORDY’s “Boys Boys Boys” Out Now! The Queer Anti-Anthem to Love, An Ode To F***boys.

“Boys will be boys.” JORDY explains, “No matter where they live, what they do, who they like: boys will be boys. As a gay man I’ve struggled at times with the entitlement of other men – whether it’s at a bar or a club or a party or even professional settings, I’ve experienced moments of vulnerability and discomfort that I wanted to write about. I fully acknowledge that I am a man singing about men in a pretty general sense; but I think I wrote the song that way to own the fact that being a man, especially a white man, comes with an immense amount of privilege. But I’ve experienced these moments in the queer community and I think we can do better. Respect people’s space. Respect people.”

HOWIE PAYNE RELEASES NEW SINGLE ‘FASTER THAN LIGHT’

Speaking about ‘Faster Than Light’, Howie notes; “Really heavy, really catchy, and loads of groove is what it is. It’s the best rock and roll song I’ve done, I mean its a pop song really, like all the best rock and roll songs – we just delivered it in a heavy package. It has my favourite lead guitar break to play at the moment, especially the intro which has a bit of an Albert King thing about it. My guitar playing has always been heavily influenced by blues, but I don’t think I’ve really put it out front so much before, so I really do dig that this one has a bit more of that about it. It’s going to be massive live, and I can’t wait to play it.
