The moving piece from Leonard Cohen’s posthumous release Thanks For The Dance was heralded as a “sweeping prophecy, like The Future” by the Daily Mail, while The Scotsman exclaimed the arrangement to be “as widescreen as a Morricone score.”

Even though the band dares to experiment, it remains true to their death metal backbone. Mix and mastering were done by renowned producer Jakub Mańkowski (Entropia, Obscure Sphinx, Jordan Rudess). Zgliszcza includes five songs which testify to the journey of CZERŃ and to how the band’s vision of music has been evolving. Every song is different, although they are all equally permeated with aggression and darkness. Alongside slower riffs, which connote sludge, on the record one will find lots of faster attacks, loaded with black metal venom and death metal relentlessness. The Voodoo Children Release VHS Karaoke-Inspired Lyric Video for New Song “Follow Blind”
Today, the new Nashville-based collective The Voodoo Children released the lyric video for “Follow Blind,” the third song shared from their forthcoming debut EP Instant Nostalgia – Side A out on June 12 via Blood Bathe Records. The Voodoo Children is an ever-evolving community-based project revolving around Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter, producer and visual artist JT Daly, who fronted the Nashville-based band Paper Route and more recently co-produced K.Flay’s album Every Where Is Some Where, including the hit single “Blood in the Cut” (for which Daly received Grammy nominations for Best Rock Song and Best Engineered Album).
