LOLA YOUNG RELEASES NEW VIDEO FOR TRACK ‘3RD OF JAN’

Directed by Balan Evans, the personal video shows Lola at her most intimate singing and dancing along to the track alone in her dressing room. A song about past love, future love and love that maybe isn’t meant to be, Lola is anything by cryptic, leaving her emotions out for all to see. Lola says on the track;

“I wrote this song the day before my birthday, it is a song about many things all in one, and about being ‘too much for anyone’. I think this video is a raw honest interpretation of how I act and how I am before I get ready to perform.”

Le Youth teams up with Adam Rom on new single ‘Obvious’

LA DJ and producer Le Youth has reworked ‘Obvious’, the modern pop track initially released by Adam Rom, out today via Universal Music.

Harnessing a deeply emotional orchestral vibe, Le Youth adds an added layer of wistfulness, without losing the fresh pop sheen of the original. Le Youth stumbled upon the track online and decided to put his own twist on it, with Adam loving it so much that the pair pushed for an official release.

Willow Stephens Releases New Album Today

The single, “Lullaby”, comes from a very personal place for Willow Stephens. The week where she first met her husband, Willow could barely sleep, and got the original idea for the track during the middle of the night. Putting on some headphones so she wouldn’t wake up her roommates, the song suddenly started coming to life, living in many forms over the past couple of years with it only now seeing the light of day within the album.

TARABAN share “Liberty Fraternity Eternity” live performance

Polish psychedelic rockers TARABAN have recently shared the live footage for the song “Liberty Fraternity Eternity”, taken off their exhilarating debut album ‘How The East Was Lost’ released last fall on vinyl and digital.

“Strident, passionate and primal, How The East Was Lost celebrates the nuances of far-away lands with a moghul’s feast of vibrant psychedelia.” – Doomed & Stoned

Showtek releases special 3-hour long mix with “our favorite tunes of the past decade”

2019 has been a moving year for dutch brothers Showtek. After years of tweaking and consideration, they finally released their long-awaited single “Listen To Your Momma” back in March. Followed by a curated selection of collaborations with Steve Aoki, Sultan + Shepard, Gammer, and Dropgun. 2019 also saw Showtek moving back into the clubs with their EDM Sucks / Island Boy EP, but also crossing over to mainstream radio with “Way We Used 2”.

Due to a running accident, Sjoerd has been unable to tour for the past months, which is unfortunate for the duo. Luckily Sjoerd is making a steady recovery from his surgeries and he will most likely be back on the stage with Wouter in March 2020.

Heavy Latino Rockers from ¡Pendejo! reveal international conspiracy in new video

With the release of their new video for the song ‘El Rutger’, the third single from the album ‘Sin Vergüenza’, the Dutch band ¡Pendejo! brings a historical and international conspiracy to light.

Singer/trumpet-player El Pastuso accidentally discovered the plot that has been forged as early as the 1940s. In short, he claims that the abundance of blond-haired, populist politicians that make up the majority of today’s political headlines (Trump, Johnson, Le Pen, etc.) is a product of a breeding programme, in which Margaret Thatcher and Augusto Pinochet were brought together in 1943. According to Pastuso, this precise breeding conspiracy is the root of ‘The Blond Problem’ the world is facing nowadays.
