HAZ RELEASES INCREDIBLE DEBUT TRACK ‘DUMB FAKE LOVE’

‘Dumb Fake Love’ is a stop-in-your-tracks introduction to an incredibly special new artist: HAZ. Just 19 years old, the London born & bred alt-pop singer-songwriter has been writing songs since she was very young, but only in the past two years partnered with producers to help bring them to life. ‘Dumb Fake Love’, written when she was 16, was produced with Jo Pereira and Swedish wunderkind Aron Wyme, known for his work with Mapei and LÉON. It is a rousing song packed with crystalline production and tender vocals that can both simmer and explode. Out today via 37 Adventures, and following a premiere on The Line of Best Fit, listen/watch the official video via the link below:

Speaking about her debut, HAZ explains “It’s a love story I wrote when I was 16. I was growing up around heartbreak which made me want to write about real things that happen to a lot of people. At this age, relationships don’t mean as much as you want them to, so you end up with someone who messes you about. I had no idea I’d be trying to make it as an established artist at the time, but looking back I hope people can see vulnerability in my lyrics.”
