MOST NOTORIOUS ROCK BAND DESTROYS CESSATION OF TOURING AGREEMENT
Almost 6 years after signing a Cessation of Touring agreement, the contract is off the table because a whole new generation of Crüeheads are relentlessly demanding for the band to come back together. Following the huge success of their NETFLIX biopic THE DIRT, Mötley Crüe has seen a massive surge in new audience. And the band best known for breaking the rules has destroyed their cessation of touring contract in true Mötley Crüe-fashion, by literally blowing it up.
New video: Novanta – ‘Lovers’
Highlighted by the contribution of Stella Diana’s Dario Torre (vocals in “Outside noise”) and Marco Barzetti, aka True Sleeper (vocals in “To realize”), “Some are stars” is a four-song EP whose making took no less than three years. During this time Manfredi Lamartina, leader of the project, has radically changed his composition approach.
Decibel Magazine is currently streaming Blow Off The Omens, the long-awaited fifth full-length from Detroit punk/metal unit CHILD BITE. The premiere comes in advance of the record’s official unveiling Friday, November 22nd via Housecore Records.
Captured by legendary engineer Steve Albini (Nirvana, Neurosis, The Jesus Lizard) and mixed by Grammy award-winning engineer Collin Dupuis (Tomahawk, Dr. John, Lana Del Rey), the nine-track offering is a leaner, meaner follow-up to the band’s critically lauded 2016 full-length, Negative Noise.
“Atmospheric Zebra” By Fay Kueen
“The video makes a clear delineation between Kueen’s avant-garde sound and her struggle for naturalization: disorienting turns, barriers, moments of confusion and panic followed by long stretches of uneasy silence…It follows, then, that “Atmospheric Zebra” has an off-kilter vibe, with cryptic lyrics and lots of tension.” (Audiofemme)

Official film clip – ‘Brain’ feat. Lori
Brain is about the fantasy world you create when you’re in love. Our director, Barun Chatterjee, depicted this perfectly. He begun by sourcing a beautiful art deco property, both gorgeous and secluded. He then hand picked the perfect players to create our dreamscape. The most important being our lead, Ntombi Moyo. We needed someone who could effortlessly command space and portray the motions and emotions of true love. Ntombi, apart from being the greatest stylist in the country, is also an up and coming actor. Both fields require attention to detail and versatility of style. It was a no brainer that she could bring our dreams to reality. – Remi
PAGAN INTERFACE Exhale ‘Psychic Feedback & The Crystal Void’
Ambiances of abandoned shopping malls collide with distorted drum-machines, arcade synths, guitars and are coated by corrupted muzak melodies. Somewhere between lounge, dance-floor and exceeding the highway’s speed-limit, the 303 bass-lines and re-sampled 909 drums bear witness to a strong root in the post punk and new-wave sub-genres of the 80’s and 90’s.
