It’s a fun nod to the characters in the story. We modeled the game after vintage combat games like Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat. Our very talented animator Brad Uyeda is a fan of the September Mourning universe we created and wanted to help us expand.”

“I started writing this song on my 33rd birthday in Venice, California- it began with a synth chord progression,” explains Patrick Morris of CLASS PHOTO about his new indie pop cross country creation “Yeah You Break My Heart” out today via 9AM Records. “I got some help finishing the tune from an old friend, Andrew Toews, who lives in New York. Swedish electronica artist Carl Louis dropping celestial club banger      

You’ve heard Swedish producer Carl Louis on songwriting duties in the past, within the hits of ARY, Frøder and Ingrid from Highasakite and as part of electronic duo CLMD on Pete Tong’s BBC Radio 1 show.

Now he’s releasing his own record, an eclectic celebration of the sheer joy of naiveté. Carl’s new album combines takes influence from fellow Swedish artists Peter, Bjorn and John, Miike Snow and Radio Dept, alongside inspiration from beatmakers such as Jungle and Massive Attack.
