Cairo Gold and Uno The Activist Team Up for “New Type Of Woman”
For her new urban-pop single “New Type Of Woman,” Los Angeles-based rising singer, songwriter, and musician Cairo Gold has teamed up with the highly acclaimed 23-year-old Republic Records rapper Uno The Activist for a seductive female empowerment anthem that Gold describes as being for “the type of woman who works hard, plays hard, loves hard and takes no shit.” Cairo co-wrote the track with Uno and Da Black Mic (Bryson Tiller, DJ Khaled, Rihanna) who also produced it. The track exclusively premiered on Billboard who called it the “ultimate work hard, play hard anthem… perfect for the end of summer” and commended the collaboration saying, “Cairo Gold is self-assured and assertive on the new track, forming a complementary pair with Uno The Activist’s seductive flow.”
