BELLFLOWER – ‘Spinning Upside Down’

Em was inspired to write the song when a friend was going through a hard time. We wanted to portray that life is not a straight line. There are a lot of ups and downs. Every decision that you make in life changes that line, that path that you’re on. So it’s ok to take risks, to feel fear and be vulnerable at times. “Upside Down” is that critical state where you have to decide what the next move is going to be. Either you dwell on that feeling of fear, or you can choose to turn it around and grow. That’s what makes us stronger and causes us to evolve.
