As Strange As Angels search for a “Miracle” with new single and video
As Strange As Angels have released a new single and video “Miracle” as a follow up to their Top 40 Active Rock track “Mirror Mirror”. The song was co-written and produced by Sahaj Ticotin (Motley Cure, Starset, Sevendust, September Mourning). Tour dates for the Dallas, Texas based band – the passion project of former Murder FM front man Norman Matthew – are being booked for the fall, and will be announced in August.
Norman says of “Miracle”: “Coming off the success of “Mirror Mirror”, the bar has been set and the pressure is high for the forthcoming single and video “Miracle”. Up to this point, “Mirror Mirror” was by far, the biggest evolution for me musically, lyrically, melodically and spiritually. I connected my soul to the song in ways I never thought I could. “Miracle” as a song, has a heavy and dark elegance to it. Trapdoor Social – Solar Powered Indie Pop// Rock New Single
The indie rock band have a record of fundraising and activism supporting sustainability, producing outdoor solar-powered concerts around the US and have garnered acclaim from the likes of Wonderland Magazine, Live Nation’s Ones To Watch and Earmilk to name a few. They recently came off of supporting the B-52s in a European tour.
VAZUM is a dark-rock band from Detroit, MI led by Zach Pliska who has previously played drums in a myriad of Detroit bands. Wanting to step to the forefront he sings and plays guitar in VAZUM. Pliska is joined by Zachary Anderson on guitar and Michael O’Connor on bass who both contribute to the songwriting process. The band has a wide range of influences and is further pursuing different directions to take their music.
