The album is set for release on October 4, and the first single, “My Sweet Heart,” is now premiering on Wide Open Country.

Drøm was recorded by Simon Sonne, mixed at Dead Air Studio (The Men, Warthog), and mastered by Peter Peter (The Sods, Bleeder).

IKEBE SHAKEDOWN PREMIERES NEW SINGLE | NEW COLEMINE RECORDS LP “KINGS LEFT BEHIND” OUT 8/16!
“‘Horses’ started as a little riff Robin was playing during the first sessions for The Way Home, way back in 2014,” recalls Ikebe Shakedown’s Dave Bourla on the new single. “I found the recording and sent it to Robin on his birthday a year later. Eventually, after some writing with the rest of guys and an epic over-the-phone session, the band ended up with a really different type of song for us. In many ways, it’s our most complete effort to tell a full story, from its production to its instrumentation. Having just the guitar at the start and then adding the whole band gradually, all bookended by the wind – hopefully people can let it wash over them and stir something deep in their imaginations.”
Wilderado premiere new single with Consequence of Sound

US post industrial noir specialists have Zeistencroix have released the first single and official video from their forthcoming album Gen Z. The track is titled Sick and is a powerful statement of intent.
Here’s what the band had to say; “The lyrics of the song Sick are about the frustration one endures on the day to day routines, and the sensation of being stuck without any possibility of advancement, facing outside calamities and odd circumstances of modern society. The claustrophobic feeling of being condemned to live in an eternal loop with no hope to get out. It’s a psychotic episode where the subject is exploding while reflecting on all their situation.”
Jonny Morgan grew up in rural Dorset, an idyllic location disturbed only by his father blasting classic records from The Beatles, the Rolling Stones and Jimi Hendrix. It was AC/DC that particularly ignited Jonny’s passion for music, and as a child he’d run around the house wielding his guitar like a mini Angus Young. As he broadened his horizons to include some of the all-time great songwriters, Jonny started writing too before moving to Bristol to study music.

Fleetwood Mac-like harmonies, hints of Fleet Foxes’ desolate, spectral acoustica, echoes of Ben Howard’s richly textured but ramshackle sparseness, a love of Mumfords-like propulsion and explosiveness.”– Sunday Times
