Logan explained the meaning of “Disappear” exclusively to PopCrave, who premiered the track yesterday, when he shared, “‘Disappear’ is about the feeling of losing yourself in someone to the point you almost disappear. They are a feeling you can’t get enough of, and you’re constantly chasing the high you get from them.” He continued, “You keep replaying certain moments you’ve had in your head, while anticipating the next. You keep wanting more and more, even if it hurts you. When you are completely wrapped up in someone they make you feel everything. Sometimes they can make you feel like you’re nothing.”

For his starring role in Netflix’s groundbreaking first original series, “Lilyhammer,” actor/musician Steven Van Zandt explored uncharted waters as a New York mobster who flees to Norway under the witness protection program. In addition to acting in, co-writing and co-producing the acclaimed show as well as directing the final episode, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer also scored the music for most of the three seasons, where just like his character, the musician best known as Little Steven of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band and an accomplished solo artist who helped pioneer the rock-meets-soul sound, also delved into some terrain foreign to him: the worlds of New York jazz and Norwegian folk music.

The band was started in 2013 by Eyal Hai, Alto player and lead arranger for the group. He called his friends, Eden Bareket on Bari, Arnan Raz on Tenor, and Hailey Niswanger on Soprano, and met for the first time at the Bedford L stop in the NYC Subway. They spent a few hours experimenting with different arrangements of Pop and R&B hits, and it was quickly understood by all that this band was unique.

The New Regime Supports Angels & Airwaves on Fall Tour
Angels & Airwaves member (and Nine Inch Nails drummer) Ilan Rubin is serving double duty this fall. As frontman of new rock act The New Regime, he’ll be filling the direct support slot on Angels & Airwaves’ North American fall tour. The multi-instrumentalist–also known for a successful stint with Paramore, as well as work with Beck, M83 and more–will be releasing new music to coincide with the trek.
