The Goa Express release urgent new single ‘The Day’ this week!

The Goa Express release their urgent new single ‘The Day’ on Friday the 5th of July 2019. Recorded at Champ Zone with Nathan Saoudi (Fat White Family), it rattles with an unstoppable new wave rhythm, shudders with abrasive guitars and with vocals that sneer with the spirit of seizing the day while everything is falling apart around you, their sound may rustle with the ghosts of acts like The Stooges, Psychedelic Furs and contemporaries like Shame, but the Goa Express possesses youthful energy, northern spite and ever-evolving sound all of their own. The band’s frontman James Douglas Clarke says ‘The new tracks are about moving out to university and getting caught for doing shit whilst there and also about the fake, social media platform of our society, lick arses and how everybody wants to pretend that they’re friends.’

London-based producer Tiiva releases ethereal debut single ‘Make Me Pure’

As a fledgling producer Tiiva has playfully chopped vocals, crafted drum patterns and Juno bass lines in various remixes (MX World, Lusts) to create the distinct sound that now permeates their solo material, similar to the electronic elements of James Blake combined with the emotive potency of FKA Twigs and striking vocals reminiscent of Cocteau Twins.

ABBATH Share Full Stream for New Album, ‘Outstrider’

ABBATH comment on the album: “Abbath, honed sharp by trial and terror, proudly present ‘Outstrider’ – our latest catharsis wrung from the guts of darkness. Forged in fiery furnace of adversity, hammered on an anvil of rage, this album is conjured from conflagration coughed from rift of Chaos, rising like a Phoenix from the Pit, to infect our Spitegeist with shamaniacal reflections sheathed in metal compositions, hooked and riffed by razor wire licks impaling bass-lines pulsed on drumbeats dredged from thunderous abyss, by a hive-mind wed to one whole emission: To boldly go where no band has gone before and one step further!”

Chase Rice is Most Added with “Lonely If You Are,”

“Lonely If You Are,” the latest single from multi-Platinum artist Chase Rice, is the most-added song at Country radio this week and follows two-week chart topper “Eyes On You,” which became Rice’s first No. 1 as an artist earlier this year.

The song, praised by Sounds Like Nashville for its “steamy romantic groove,” begins simply with a memorable acoustic riff and leads into Rice speaking directly to his potential love-interest. As The Boot describes it, “While Rice and the object of his affections may not be official just yet, the song’s lyrics assure her to take her time, and that he’ll be around any time she decides she’s ready to take the next step toward romance.”
