Stevan Shares New Visual For Hit Track “Timee” | Single Out Now Via Honeymoon (300 Ent/+1 Records)

Australian singer, Stevan, has returned with a brand new visual for his hit single, “Timee.” The single came out in April and has already amassed over 400K streams across platforms. It landed on the cover of their Indie Arrivals playlist and got featured on All New Indie, Alternative R&B, Front Left and more. Apple Music showed love as well, featuring “Timee” on their Best Of The Week and The A List: Alternative playlists.

DAVID SASLOW NAMED EVP, INTERNATIONAL ARTIST RELATIONS AND A&R FOR ATLANTIC RECORDS

David Saslow has been named to the newly created position of Executive Vice President, International Artist Relations and A&R for Atlantic Records. The announcement was made today by Atlantic Chairman & COO Julie Greenwald and Chairman & CEO Craig Kallman. Saslow, who joined Atlantic in 2007, is based at the label’s New York headquarters.

In his new post, Saslow will oversee Atlantic’s international repertoire in the U.S., focusing on the development of creative, custom-tailored strategies to nurture the domestic careers of both superstars and emerging talent. He will work closely with the Atlantic and Warner Music A&R teams around the world, in tandem with the label’s U.S. departments, to build world-class, coordinated efforts in support of the company’s international artists and projects. Atlantic’s current roster includes globally based artists such as Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Stormzy, Charli XCX, Marina, Clean Bandit, Robin Schulz, Anitta and others.

Brooklyn-based band UV Rays share the video for “Existential Dread,” a track off their previously released EP, Try and Begin. The Deli exclusively premiered the video earlier this week, praising, “The track is from the band’s recently released debut EP Try and Begin and features beautifully intertwined electric guitars parts that play to the rhythm of a poised drum beat, and accent borderline jazzy pop choruses. Mirrorball is the newly-formed project of singer/songwriter Alexandra Johnstone and guitarist Scott Watson. Johnstone and Watson are both fixtures of the Los Angeles underground music scene. The roots of Johnstone’s songwriting inspiration date back to first hearing Leonard Cohen’s Songs from a Room, prompting her to “put poems to music.” She went on to front the band Monster, later known as White Dove, as a vehicle for her more minimalist, folk-woven leanings, garnering comparisons to the music of Low and Cat Power. Watson’s musical history dates back to playing in various groups in Silver Lake’s early 2000s indie rock heyday.
