In November 2018, they returned to the Beacon Theatre in New York City for the first time in 25 years to perform two of their landmark albums, Toulouse Street and The Captain and Me. These historic concerts offered an opportunity for Doobie fans to hear deep cuts and songs never before performed live by the band. This amazing live concert experience was captured for PBS viewers in THE DOOBIE BROTHERS LIVE FROM THE BEACON THEATRE, part of special programming premiering on PBS stations in June 2019.

This is the first release since their last EP Unidentified and, with its moving lyrical content, powerful vocals, and theatrical percussion this song is delivering the kind of energy we’ve been asking for. The single is mixed and mastered by Cody Stewart of the Browning and the energetic new music video is directed by Jon Vulpine of Black Dagger Films.

It is only the second Hip Hop feature on the list with ‘Straight Outta Compton’ coming in at #2.

Kenny was recently admitted to a local Georgia hospital and treated for dehydration. Rogers will remain there to complete some physical therapy to get his strength back prior to discharge. He appreciates the concern and well wishes he has received from his fans and can assure everyone he plans on sticking around through the years to come.
