Kyd the Band Releases Debut Single And Music Video Human on Sony/Four Music

Hailing from northern California, Kyd the Band relocated to Nashville after a two-year stint in LA to hone his craft as a recording artist and writer. He quickly distinguished himself as a rising voice within the pop genre, landing cuts with artists such as Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Robin Schulz, gnash, NF, and ROZES.

Today marks the release of his debut major label single Human, a beat-driven track that
showcases his signature sound. Penned about the demise of a close friendship, Kyd poses the question, “Why’d you have to be human?” The song’s hard-hitting lyrics evoke a feeling of vulnerability, acknowledging our propensity to hurt the ones we love. The music video supplements the song’s nostalgic sentiment with vivid imagery and a heart-wrenching storyline.

Offering a sound that is fresh, unique and compelling, Kyd the Band is guaranteed to elicit excitement across a diverse array of audiences. Set to release new music under Sony/Four music, he is positioned to continue his ascent as a pertinent young pop artist.
