Mineral Shares 2nd New Song in 20 Years “Your Body Is The World”

The seminal Austin, TX-based band is celebrating their 25th anniversary with One Day When We Are Young: Mineral At 25: a limited edition (2,000 total) hardcover book that comes with a collectible 10-inch that features both new songs. The 56-page anthology includes a written history of Mineral by music journalist Mischa Pearlman; brand new interviews with the band; contributions from Jim Adkins (Jimmy Eat World), Tim Kasher (Cursive), Norman Brannon (Texas Is The Reason), Frank Iero (My Chemical Romance), and Robert Pope (The Get Up Kids), in addition to others close to the band who played an important role in their past or their present – or both; and rare or never-before-seen photographs, memorabilia, and handwritten lyrics. One Day When We Are Young: Mineral At 25 will be out January 11, 2019

LIZZO KICKS OFF THE NEW YEAR WITH “JUICE”

Nice Life Recording Company/Atlantic recording artist Lizzo has announced the release of her eagerly anticipated new single. “Juice” is available now via all digital music retailers and streaming services; the track is joined by a new companion visual, which premiered this morning on YouTube Live as well as on MTV Live and MTVU every hour on the hour beginning at 9am this morning. “Juice” will also be playing on the Viacom Times Square billboard screens at 12pm and 5pm EST today. On February 8th, pianist, producer and composer Mark de Clive-Lowe will release his new album Heritage via Ropeadope. MANICS Channel The 80s on Dim Mak Debut “Deja Rendezvu”

Blending analog synths, new romantic vocals and cutting live instrumentation, Bay Area indie dance duo MANICS channel all things 80’s on their Dim Mak debut single “Deja Rendezvu.”

“Deja Rendezvu” is the first MANICS single of 2019, and follows their New Noise release “Embrace.” Since forming in 2012, the project has become an integral part of the Bay Area music scene, with their music gaining support by ODESZA, Poolside, Goldroom and more. Over the past year, the duo played alongside Little Boots, Classixx, Vitalic, Neon Indian, The Faint, and at a blow-out hometown gig at San Francisco’s MEZZANINE supporting The Knocks on New Years. After the loss of saxophone player and longtime band member Magic Gunnarsson (who died in a drowning accident 2014) Sulo and the rest of DIAMOND DOGS called it a day. They released the album “Quitters & Complainers” in 2015 and went on a farewell tour ending in Oviedo in October together with Iggy Pop.

Since then Sulo’s been releasing 3 solo albums, working with Chris Spedding, Paul Young, The Crunch and the rest of the members been busy with other projects. During this time a lot of DIAMOND DOGS gig requests been dropping in from all over the world and when they found out that 4 of the 10 previous studio albums been out of stock for a long time and wasn’t available as download they started to make a plan.
