Alex Aiono today released his new single “Big Mistake” on Interscope Records. The song, a firsthand account of a relationship gone awry, showcases the songwriting and vocal skills Aiono’s fans know and love. “Big Mistake” is available now at all digital retailers and streaming services.
Aiono states, “‘Big Mistake’ is opening up the next chapter of my career on many levels. I pretty much spent the past two years touring the world, and since have been in the studio writing and recording for this moment. Right before I turned 22, and just as I put my passport on my dresser, I got into my first deep relationship, one that I thought was deeper than it really was. This song ended up writing itself, because as it turned out, the relationship was a big mistake.”
