Peace to Mateo is Matt Black, a Detroit producer and founder of Young Heavy Souls Records. Black launched the label in the Spring of 2011 while still attending college in Kalamzoo, MI. Legendary hip-hop producer and Cypress Hill founder DJ Muggs has released his highly anticipated album Dia Del Asesinato today via Soul Assassins Records with a new animated video for “Assassination Day (Trust No One)” feat. DOOM. The album includes collaborations with DOOM, Raekwon, Freddie Gibbs, Kool G Rap, Meyhem Lauren, Mach-Hommy, Hus Kingpin, and Eto.
