@skopemag: Where are we talking from today?

I’m talking from my little hometown Newton TX

@skopemag: What is the most current project that you are working on at the moment?

I’m writing a new song for an upcoming release.

@skopemag: Got any music posted that we can stream and check out?

I have my latest album “Movin’ On” out for grabs, you can find it on any major music outlet such as Apple Music, Spotify, google play, iTunes.

@skopemag: When you began your journey in music were your family/friends supportive?

They have always been supportive of everything I’ve done. They are super excited about my music though. Love them for it.

@skopemag: What is it about music that you knew this was more important than all other artistic endeavors?

It just felt so natural to me. Like I was meant to do this for the rest of my life. It just felt right. Never had a feeling like it.

@skopemag: When you are not doing music what else do you enjoy?

I am a mommy to two little girls, I also take care of all my grandparents personal and business finances.

@skopemag: How much time per week do you devote to music & social media marketing?

There is no set amount of time but Im always thinking of ways to get my music out there and market my brand.

@skopemag: Should I feel guilt as an industry insider for paying $10 a month for Amazon Music Unlimited and having access to all music as I please?

Well it has its pros and cons. A great deal, is a great deal. I’d say $10 a month is pretty awesome for any music! However as an artist the amount you get paid for streams isn’t so great.

@skopemag: What kind of environment & mood do you feel most creative towards your music?

When I’m really trying to figure something out, when I’m sad and when I’m extremely happy.

@skopemag: What is coming up for you & where you @ online?

I have a few shows coming up and lots of other interviews that I will be posting on my website and facial page.
