RAL (formerly of Dubsidia) Releases New EP, ‘Simple Things,’ Out Today Via Lowtemp

RAL is the stage name of Jesus Martinez, a rising producer hailing from the historic Spanish city of Seville and currently residing in Manchester, who has been involved with electronic music since the age of 12. When he turned 16 years old, he started the electronic duo Dubsidia with his best friend and the pair made some noise with a number of strong tracks, while also enjoying support from some of the big names of the EDM industry like Skrillex, Excision, and Borgore.


Florence + the Machine confirm a 23 city North American fall headline tour today, kicking off August 5 in Montreal, QC and including stops at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl and New York’s Barclays Center. The Mulligan Brothers Release New Album

The Mulligan Brothers third studio album, Songs for the Living and Otherwise, which was released today, marks an evolution in the creative process of the Alabama-based group. The band’s name means second chances, but they took the biggest chance of their career and produced this album on their own, creating songs that are truest to them. Converting the upstairs of lead singer/ songwriter, Ross Newell’s home in the heart of Mobile, AL, into a recording studio allowed them the freedom to get to the honesty of who they are as artists.

KOWL is Australian artist, Cal Young. KOWL, pronounced like ‘Cal’ with an emphasis on the ‘ow,’ is both a music producer and songwriter based in Hobart, Tasmania. KOWL’s music has been described as “Disco-Tinged House.” Landing somewhere between Indie Dance and Disco, he habitually calls his sound “Beach House House.”
