Sigma Inspired Luuk Lagrange releases new single ‘Invisible’
Luuk Lagrange is seemingly as invisible as the title of this, his first release, leaving the music to do the talking. Soaking up the influences of EDM past, present and future, Invisible is progressive and euphoric without feeling to need to pay specific homage to the usual expectations of House. With a thoughtful, involving lyric and imbued with a slowly building piano refrain that fractures into drum and bass breaks which marry perfectly with the uplifting chorus, rather than rebelling against it.

The 4-track EP, produced by Rian Dawson of All Time Low at Track Happy Studios, is about navigating life, relationships, growing up and delves into how her life has changed since her debut release, Insomniac. Off the forthcoming release comes “Chuck Bass” a feminist anthem that encourages women to stand up for their rights. Schneider continues, “it’s a sassy song about women valuing honesty and integrity in relationships, over wealth and status. It’s about how I can’t be bought. My song is a positive reminder of how much strength we have as women, and I think that this is an important topic to be expressed in music. It is up to us to celebrate each other and make a difference in the world without diminishing out male counterparts.” Inspirer coins Schneider as one of the “voices for a new generation of feminist badasses” and fans can view the brand new music video for “Chuck Bass” here!

Diane Coffee shares music video for “Poor Man Dan” via Billboard
Fleming, who produced the video, explains: “When we first started thinking of a video, we knew we wanted to play on voyeurism. Something dark, more like an art piece than a traditional music video. By happenstance, my partner, Melinda, had created a piece, which was exhibited at a group show at the Grunwald Gallery in 2005, about suppressing the shadow side. We tried playing the song over the original VHS video and it gave us all chills. We added a few new shots, but mostly tried to leave it alone. It’s not to often you have an almost completed music video created years before the song, or even the band, came to fruition.”
