London-based trio Disciples have unveiled the first remix package for their heavily supported new single, ‘Jealousy’, with fresh reworkings delivered from TCTS, Special Request, and Jaden Thompson.

Taking things to a more dub-heavy feel, UK producer Special Request, who will support The Chemical Brothers at December’s Warehouse Project event, utilises looped vocal chops and piano chords to bring jungle elements to the original. This music video for “Aeronaut” is a 2D preview of a forthcoming immersive virtuality reality experience for Corgan’s new album Ogilala. The video was created inside a 3D world that was imagined by San Francisco artist and filmmaker, Danny Bittman and brought to life by the joint Viacom NEXT and Isobar team. By capturing Corgan’s three-and-a-half-minute performance in volumetric video at Microsoft’s Mixed Reality Capture Studios, Isobar, Viacom and Bittman, were able to use the Unity creation engine and Tilt Brush to create a world around him. The project is designed for room scale systems, initially for Microsoft’s Mixed Reality headsets, with additional versions for other systems to follow. It will be available to the public in early 2018.

PORN returns after 6 years to share with us their latest effort, “You Will Be The Death Of Me”. This single, to be released today, is a little more slow paced and melodic than their previous one (“Sunset Of Cruelty”), with a more gothic approach, and a longer buildup. Towards the end of the track the music has reached a crescendo, turning into straightforward industrial metal of pounding intensity.

The video for the track is as dark and intense as the music it accompanies. Starring Sabrina Carlino and Philippe Deschemin (vocalist of PORN), the film is simple in it’s set up but has a great visual impact, with Deschemin alternately singing and being tortured/teased by a dominating female figure. The color schemes for the video also switch with the scenes, being predominantly green and blue for the singing scenes, and red for the play scenes.
