The upcoming album is filled with arena-shaking anthems and some of the boldest lyrics in the group’s history, and will be available to preorder tomorrow (April 29) from iTunes along with special pre-order options from Amazon.com, Best Buy and other digital and physical retailers internationally.

MUSKET HAWK NEW SINGLE
Issuing of the track, “The exuberantly chipper adage of ‘misery loves company’ seems especially relevant to the world of extreme music. With this in mind, Baltimore’s MUSKET HAWK make for the ideal friend on a slow, hazy, miserable afternoon. The bludgeoning stomp of the sludge/grind trio seems the perfect soundtrack for a concrete wasteland littered with broken bottles, presumably frequented by would-be assailants who would go as far as to steal your organs to sell (just to make sure they didn’t miss anything.)”

AETHERIAN: “THE RAIN” MUSIC VIDEO RELEASED
Greek melodic death band Aetherian just released a music video for their new single “The Rain” and they are currently working on new songs for their upcoming debut album.
JUJU NEW SINGLE
JuJu’s forthcoming self-titled debut doesn’t just suggest but screams spiritual moorings; the album itself is a ritual and is ignited by Afro groove rhythms, Kraut repetition, drone-fuzz coated psych riffs, Manchester scene shoegaze synth, prog-infused astral folk vocals and organs and almost tribal rock atmospherics. All the while with this is underlined with an ever apparent mythical, Mediterranean neo-paganism. Citing influence from African Earth magic, soil secrets and the inevitable ceremonial superstition associated with the band name, Valenti is channelling his personal apprehension and traumatic fervour of the current crisis through the warped sound of JuJu.
HONEY RYDER “THE SUN”
Honey Ryder have had a more than impressive 2016 thus far. Kickstarting the year with What If We’ve Only Got Tonight, the lead single from their third album Born In A Bottle, being playlisted on Radio 2 and A-listed on the Bauer Network. Heightening their enjoyment of the first quarter, Born In A Bottle was rewarded with several five star reviews and every date they have played this year has seen audiences arrive in their droves, with their show at the Little Rabbit Barn becoming the venue’s fastest ever sold out appearance!
MHAIRI NEW VIDEO
Today sees 20-year old Mhairi unveil some harrowing visuals for her debut track ‘Crystalline’.
The video, directed by Damian Weilers – was filmed in Indonesia, and focuses on something called ‘Pasung’ – an ancient way of shackling or confining people with psychosocial/mental disabilities.
Unfortunately, despite Pasung being banned in 1977, it is still very much happening in places such as Indonesia, and is still very much a problem.
According to a recent report by Human Rights Watch, nearly 19,000 people in Indonesia diagnosed with mental disabilities are currently living shackled in chains or otherwise confined to claustrophobically small spaces – as shown in the video.
“[“Green Sugar”] was inspired by a morning walk. Its three parts express first a blizzard, then a gentle stroll in the woods finding birds, foxes and squirrels, and finally a descent into a bottomless cave where you fall into a black river and you are washed away. The writing process was collaborative. Together we wrote the various parts, then during recording we added percussion and keyboard.” – Go Kurosawa
THE REV “TESTIFY”
The ” Rev” is an innovative recording artist signed to Noel Music Group LLC, formerly known as ChristLine Entertainment Inc, which started in 2005. The Rev (Jean G Noel) was born in Haiti and immigrated to the US when he was 10 years old. His love for all genres of music influenced him in junior high school to be part of a local rap group called The Mixed Tribe. He grew up in Brooklyn, New York, but moved to Philadelphia, PA, during his senior year in high school. As an artist, The Rev believes that true music is both spiritual and inspirational. In essence, the sound and lyrics come together to form a symphony that can either carry a positive or negative connotation. Thus, the Rev uses his creativity and philosophy of music to continue create songs that are both relational and spiritual.

SABANA GHOST NEW SINGLE
In the Spanish language, Sábana means sheet. To the world, a Ghost is the soul or spirit of a dead person that appears in a visible form to the living.

It was recorded and mixed in Gainesville, FL by Ryan Haft (Torche, WRONG) and the band (Andreas Wong Chong – Guitar/Vocals, Michael Ruiz-Unger – Bass/Vocals, Jacob Israel – Guitar and Andres Bedoya – Drums, Percussion) in a matter of days, but the resulting output will be eternal.

NOT BLOOD PAINT HEAR GROOVY LEAD TRACK “TAKE ANOTHER CHANCE”
To call Brooklyn art-rock outfit Not Blood Paint unique would be an understatement. Conventionally, the band is theatrically vivid and sonically intense. Musically, it’s a group impossible to pigeonhole, far removed from traditional verse-chorus-verse structures. Not Blood Paint’s new album, Believing Is Believing is out June 17.
The songs on Believing Is Believing manifest as detailed stories that worm into the minds of always-shifting narrators. At different times, you’ll think Zappa, Ween, Primus, Gang of Four, Devo, early Genesis, Tool, Dirty Projectors. (The band itself would proffer Of Montreal. “That group inspired us in the beginning. We’d go dress up and dance our asses off when we saw them live.”)
