As a duo the name Blakheart Broadway isn’t likely to ring any bells but that can not take away from the fact that each member has an extensive music pedigree. Nikki Broadway makes up one half of production duo The Beat Bullies who have created hits for everyone from Outkast, Nelly, Lil Wayne and Chamillionaire to Matchbox 20’s Rob Thomas, Mary J. Blige and Carlos Santana whilst his cohort, Mickey Blakheart, has been a staple on Boston’s underground Hip Hop scene for many years, runs a successful imprint, Big Bang Records, and has had the pleasure of collaborating with a host of names like Swollen Members, The GZA, PMD and super-producers The Luny Tunes.
