Island Records’ newest buzzband, Linus Young (comprised of Joseph Walker and Iris Belson),  made a big entrance into the scene with the release of debut single and edgy music video for, “City of Sin,” which earned the band critical praise and direct support slots on tours including ZZ Ward and The 1975.A welcomed surprise, Linus Young grabbed people’s attention. Refined Hype wrote they were “baffled that a sound this refined and a video this well done comes from a group with only one song…”  Indie rock’s mysterious new darlings have released their highly anticipated follow-up single, “Sister,”which features “swirling guitars and ambient electronics” that PureVolume calls “mesmerizing,” with an accompanying live in-studio video filmed at Village Studios in Los Angeles. “City of Sin” and “Sister” are now available for purchase on iTunes here:
