GREATER FORT LAUDERDALE SETS THE STAGE FOR LIVE MUSIC IN SOUTH FLORIDA

As part of a campaign to establish Greater Fort Lauderdale as a live entertainment hub, a new music festival, Lauderdale Live will debut along the scenic downtown waterfront park on Dec. 7-8, with headliners Lyle Lovett, Huey Lewis & The News, plus Jason Isbell, Indigo Girls, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, Shovels & Rope, Drew Holcomb and The Neighbors, The Wild Feathers, Holly Williams, Lee DeWyze, Jillette Johnson, and more to be announced.

A lavish VIP event will be held onboard three luxury yachts docked along the New River starting Friday, Dec. 6 with the “Yacht Discovery Experience” which will showcase Greater Fort Lauderdale’s reputation as the yachting capital.   Not only do you get upgraded viewing access to the music on Saturday and Sunday in an up-close VIP section, but you also get an entire extra night of music.
