On “Fastest”, the lyric “I don’t want to be fast, I want to be fastest” really hits the nail on the head on this fuzzed out bass track that hints at a Paul Simon influence. Touching on the fact that we as people are never satisfied with what we have, or where we are in life, we always want to one up each other.
