Capitol Records is pleased to announce that it has signed alternative rock band Basic Vacation to its joint venture with Troy Carter’s Atom Factory Music. The group’s debut self-titled EP will be released on Oct. 15th (track listing below). The East-Coast based trio – vocalist-guitarist Chris Greatti, bassist Jon Paul, and drummer Mike Montalbano – has already been attracting the attention of the blogosphere with its irresistibly catchy debut single “I Believe,” which was released on September 10th.
