Nine Inch Nails will kick off “Tension 2013,” an extensive North American arena tour, at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, MN. The band – which recently released Hesitation Marks, its first album in five years – will play Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY on October 14 and Prudential Center in Newark, NJ on October 15.
