Staten Island’s 23-year-old Bebe Rexha released her first single and video for “Comeback Kids” today. This is Bebe’s first offering as a solo artist, though she is no stranger to songwriting, before she wrote this feel-good summer jam she was writing for plenty of other acts. While writing for her debut project she found herself collaborating with other acts like Selena Gomez, which she co-wrote the song “Champion” for. That record, featured on the current release from Gomez, debuted #1 on the US Billboard Charts. Bebe also penned the Top 15 debut hit “Glowing” for Island Records newcomer Nikki Williams. Look out for an as-yet-untitled cut on the forthcoming Eminem album from Rexha.
