Add VH1 to the list of networks carrying Live from Daryl’s House. Through a total of 62 original episodes, Daryl Hall’s critically acclaimed, award-winning series started out as a monthly webcast at www.lfdh.com and has now grown to include a total of four cable networks and over-the-air TV syndication to 70% of the country. Now carried on Viacom’s high definition music channel Palladia, along with Rural TV (RFD-TV) and Family Net, Live from Daryl’s House will now premiere on VH1 Saturday mornings, starting this weekend (3/9) from 8-9 a.m. with a separate East and West Coast feed.
The first VH1 episode will feature Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, followed by subsequent showings with Cee Lo (3/16), Train (3/23), Jason Mraz (3/30) and Fitz & the Tantrums (4/6).
“From the very beginning, Daryl’s goal has been to get the shows seen by as wide an audience as possible, through both online and traditional media outlets,” commented Jonathan Wolfson, co-executive producer of the series and Hall’s manager. “We appreciate the support Viacom has shown through our relationship with Palladia, and we look forward to furthering the branding of the Live from Daryl’s House by expanding to VH1. Along with RFD, Family Net and our syndication partners, we are well on the way to achieving those initial aspirations.”
