Canadian jazz darling-turned-cinematic indie folk rocker Larra Skye is excited to release the long-awaited follow-up to her critically acclaimed 2006 debut. Skye’s second album Wishing Tree makes its worldwide debut on April 2, 2013. Friends and fans in London, Hamilton and Toronto will have an opportunity to hear the full record performed live for the first time during the week of release.

Skye’s first album – 2006‘s The World Disappears – became the Number One bestselling independent jazz album of the year at HMV Canada. She spent the next few years touring, collaborating with Americana artist Paul Woolner, playing trombone with reggae-rock band Rebel Emergency and studying classical voice at the Royal Conservatory of Music.
