Atlanta-based Ghana born singer/songwriter and producer/engineer Selasi aka The African Kid has released the video to his new single, “Call The Police” an uptempo fusion of dancehall reggae and hip-hop available now on iTunes from his EP, Shades Of Grey. “I called this project, Shades Of Grey, because it exists in a grey area that’s not completely African, American, or Caribbean but a blend of each,” explains Selasi who is from Ghana but traveled as a child all over the African continent from Cameroon, Nigeria, and Malawi to Zimbabwe and South Africa before settling in Atlanta, GA (USA).
