Up and coming Los Angeles garage rock band, CANTO, are coming hot onto the scene with a brand new 5-song EP, a follow up to their debut album, HA HA HA. They have just offered up the single off of the Ride Away EP, “Dirty Water” for stream on their Soundcloud. Although, ironically, “Dirty Water” is a mock homage to Boston, this is Canto’s interpretation of the 1966 garage band classic by another California rock band, The Standells, who some have called the “Godfathers of Punk.” The EP will be available April 9th for free download through the band’s official Facebook page.
