Guardian Alien is an ensemble developed from of the solo work of drummer Greg Fox, known for his work with Teeth Mountain, Dan Deacon, New Party Systems and Liturgy, and named the Best Drummer in New York by the Village Voice last year. Guardian Alien will be playing the weekly Performance! Residency at La Sala Cultural Center in Brooklyn each Thursday in June, as well as shows with Dope Body, Talibam! and others around the city this summer before heading to Raleigh, NC for the Hopscotch Festival in September.
