The 11th installment of the ACL Festival has officially sold out. The first batch of “early bird” passes went in a flash last September after ACL 2011. The remaining three-day passes were snapped up on Tuesday by ACL’s loyal e-list members who took the time to verify their email addresses and received special access for the 24-hour pre-sale. When the remaining three-day passes were gone, e-listers got the first crack at single-day tickets, selling out Friday and Saturday passes before the sale opened up to the public on Wednesday at 10am.
On October 12-14, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Neil Young and Crazy Horse, The Black Keys, Jack White, Florence + The Machine, and many more will transform Zilker Park into a veritable music extravaganza. In addition to the 130-plus bands on the bill, the ACL Festival will showcase some of the best eats in Austin, local arts, vital non-profit partners at ACL cares, and dozens of kid friendly activities at the Austin Kiddie Limits Stage.
A limited number of VIP Passes, Platinum Passes and Travel Packages are still available while supplies last.
