Montreal’s Sonic Avenues play poppy garage punk with a bit of a French-Canadian accent in the vocals. Dirtnap Records has its finger on the pulse of the booming Montreal/Ottawa power pop scene and Sonic Avenues’ “Television Youth” (out Jan 15) is no exception.
