This is an amazingly produced album. Very high end. Paramount studios is a great studio, they made Led Zeppelin in that studio.
I bought this album and its absolutely great! I am listening to it over and over. Want is a Hit and I am so glad they introduced me o Steve Cooke, who is just amazing. Thank god 2 singers on this planet who can finally sing!! No more of this weak crap we all have to listen to all the time.
I love this record. I just bought it and I love the pure and well recorded sound of Adams voice. it sounds great. I am not a big fan of Adams new song I am sorry to say. I preferred him the most in his early days when he was on Idol and this is the music I like.
Adam has no right to make such comments as per contract he cannot bag this work. He got hired, he got paid and did the job. Why did he sign the contract then??? if he r wasnt happy at the time, why didnt he say so? Yes Adam was also very happy to be able to record in Paramount studios his very first time. VERY HAPPY. Whatever personal reasons he has against certain people at the label or the producer is a very different story. Have you ever asked Steve why he is singing 10 songs from someone else instead of his own ones?? Go figure. Both guys got offered the same deal. First the authors songs, then the co written ones with Monte. Same story.
Adam actually gets points on “Want”, and I dont believe your statement above actually means this album. You have distorted his view and statement.
Oh Jackie again, the one and only person commenting on EVERY blog! A bored housewife with too much time on her hands.
How about you put Adam’s statement about this release up there with steves. Here it is – more or less. “THis stuff is exactly the same rubbish they released in 2009 as the album Take One. Some people will do anything to make a buck.” Adam made these recordings as demo tracks for a songwriter to pimp out to other singers. They were not meant to be released publicly and he was paid a miniscule wage to release them. THey are badly produced and Adam was not allowed to put his own feeling, expression etc into them because they were for other artists to work on. Adam gets nothing from this album – again. Third time these people have tried this on. It’s getting really old now.
