BIEBER’S MANAGER CLEARED IN MALL STAMPEDE CASE
Justin Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun, is off the hook for charges of reckless endangerment and criminal nuisance. The mess dates back to 2009, when Bieber was scheduled to make a mall appearance and perform in New York. Police say the manager refused to send out a tweet to let people know the event was cancelled. The event turned into mayhem with a stampede of fans and one person was injured. According to E! News, the charges against the manager were dropped only after Bieber agreed to make a public service announcement against cyber-bullying. His record label, Island Def Jam, has agreed to reimburse the county about eight-thousand dollars to pay for expenses incurred by law enforcement having to respond.
