BIEBER’S MANAGER CLEARED IN MALL STAMPEDE CASE

News, the charges against the manager were dropped only after Bieber agreed to make a public service announcement against cyber-bullying. His record label, Island Def Jam, has agreed to reimburse the county about eight-thousand dollars to pay for expenses incurred by law enforcement having to respond.
