Global pop superstar Katy Perry continues her record-breaking streak by becoming the first female artist in 11 years to score three No. 1 singles from the same album on Billboard’s Hot 100. “Firework,” the third single from her Grammy-nominated No. 1 album Teenage Dream, claims the top spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 and Digital Songs chart this week, following on the heels of Katy’s two previous No. 1 singles “California Gurls” and “Teenage Dream.” Katy also hit No. 1 with “I Kissed A Girl,” which held the top spot for seven weeks in the summer of 2008.
