Justin Bieber took over FunnyOrDie.com yesterday as part of an April Fools’ Day joke. The 16-year-old created a slew of new videos for the site, which he has renamed Bieber or Die. In one clip on the site, Bieber joked, “I’m a star. I do what stars do. I ride on yachts. I autograph lady lumps. And I pay people to slap them.” Among his other privileges, the diminutive star boasted that he can get rides on very large people instead of walking adding, “I talk loudly in libraries, and I swim directly after I eat. I don’t care.” Another clip called “Screensaver” features Bieber sitting at his computer pretending to type. He looks to the camera and shares sweet nothings with his fans saying, “Oh, hey! SELENA GOMEZ TO LAUNCH CLOTHING LINE
Selena Gomez will launch a line of clothing at Kmart stores this summer. According to the Associated Press, the 17-year-old singer and actress will release the Dream Out Loud collection, aimed at teenagers. It will go in sale in late July, just in time for the back-to-school shopping season. The line will include sportswear, purses, belts and accessories. In October, it will be expanded to include shoes.
JONAS & GOMEZ SPLIT?
Just after Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato have announced they are dating, Nick Jonas and his on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez have called it quits, according to People. The site states the 17-year-olds split largely because work was going to keep them apart. Gomez is scheduled to film a movie in Europe this summer, while Jonas is expected to tour with his siblings at the same time.
USHER’S ALBUM PREDICTION SALES ARE IN
According to HitsDailyDouble.com, Usher’s latest album, Raymond V Raymond, is reportedly on pace to claim the number one spot on the Billboard 200 chart. The “OMG” singer’s newest effort is estimated to move over 350-thousand units during its first week sales. Thanks to the success of his three singles, “Papers,” “Lil’ Freak” and “Hey Daddy (Daddy’s Home),” Usher is potentially looking at his third number one album of his career. During an interview with MTV News, Janet Jackson not only revealed that she’s a big Lady Gaga fan, but she also touched on her concerns for the rising pop star. Miss Jackson stated, “She truly is a sweetheart and a very hard worker. I worry about her. SARAH JESSICA PARKER LOVES GAGA
Another celebrity has just come out as a fan of Lady Gaga. Sarah Jessica Parker told MTV that not only does she love the pop star because people compare her “unconventional” style to SJP’s Sex and the City character “Carrie Bradshaw,” but Sarah insists she loved Gaga before she became mainstream. Parker also said that her son James is a big fan, and that he performed a version of “Bad Romance” for a singing contest.
ANOTHER GAGA IMPERSONATOR
We reported that a few weeks ago, a Lady Gaga impersonator was walking the streets of Melbourne, Australia, pretending to be the pop star. Well it appears that it’s happened again, but this time it was the people of Perth, Australia that were fooled. According to PerezHilton.com, an Aussie radio station said that Gaga was in town, and “dozens” of fans started following the impersonator around town. See pictures on the gossip site now.
MADONNA AND CO HAVE DINNER IN LONDON
Madonna, boyfriend Jesus Luz and her kids were all in London earlier in the week to celebrate Passover, before they all head to Malawi to take adopted children David and Mercy to see their families. And on Wednesday night, it seems that a pretty exclusive dinner took place in a private club. According to ContactMusic.com, Madge and Jesus dinned with Gwyneth Paltrow and Stella McCartney. Fashion designer Valentino was also said to be in attendance.
BRITAIN LOVES KYLIE MINOGUE
Who is the most powerful celebrity in Britain? According to a poll taken by research company Millward Brown, Kylie Minogue tops the list, with Cheryl Cole finishing second. British paper the Telegraph reports that joining the Aussie Minogue as the only non-Brit in the top ten was George Clooney, who came in at number eight.

John Mayer has just announced dates for the summer leg of his Battle Studies tour. It will kick off July 16th in Charlotte, North Carolina, and will keep the singer-songwriter on the road for the rest of the season until September 11th when it winds down in West Palm Beach, Florida. Lady Antebellum’s recent Webisode Wednesday features not only the band’s first mall appearance, but Dave Haywood’s skills involving fruit. Dave proves he can throw fruit extremely high in the air, and launches an apple on to the Saddledome Arena in Alberta, Canada. The video even shows footage of him doing the same stunt last year at the arena while on tour with Keith Urban. ALANIS’ SONG TO BE USED IN PRINCE OF PERSIA
Alanis Morissette’s song “I Remain” will be featured in the end credits of the forthcoming film Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. According to a press release, the singer-songwriter said that “the song wrote itself and this story was the ultimate muse.” Prince of Persia: Sands of Time hits theaters this Memorial Day Weekend, while the soundtrack will be available on May 25th.
JACKSON’S NAME BACK ON HOLLYWOOD SCHOOL?
According to the Associated Press, the late Michael Jackson may get his name back on the Gardner Street Elementary School’s auditorium. Jackson donated money to the school in Hollywood, California and attended the naming ceremony in 1989. But school officials, acting on parental requests, covered up his name in 2003 after Jackson was arrested for investigation of child molestation. Supporters have started a Facebook petition to have Jackson’s name restored to the auditorium. They want fans to download and sign a letter to the school district superintendent. The Facebook campaigners note that because Jackson was acquitted of the charges the name should be returned as a tribute to the late singer.
JENNIFER HUDSON ENDORSES WEIGHT WATCHERS
We’ve just learned Jennifer Hudson has been tapped to serve as the official spokeswoman for Weight Watchers. In addition to shedding the pounds she put on while pregnant, the singer needed to lose a significant amount of weight for her new movie role, which is based on the life of Winnie Mandela. Fans can expect to see the GRAMMY and Oscar-winning entertainer in a series of television commercials.

MGMT TO TOUR U-K AND IRELAND
MGMT has announced a new United Kingdom and Ireland tour for September. The band will play Dublin, Ireland on September 16th and will wrap up with two gigs in London on the 29th and 30th of that month. MGMT drop their newest album Congratulations on April 12th.
