Menudo Entertainment LLC, New World Booking, Jeffery Wiener and Oscar Llord/Creative Icons are pleased to announce that in relation to all legal disputes conducted in 2009, a mutual agreement has been reached and any complaints and/or legal matters have been withdrawn without prejudice to the parties.
It was also established that there was no bad interpretation on Oscar Llord/Creative Icons’ part in connection with the sale of Menudo Entertainment LLC’s trademark in 2004.
