The former Chiodos frontman speaks up about his leave from the band, and how he is handling it.

In between Craig Owen’s acoustic set at The Factory in Rochester, the singer took the time to explain the incident where he was kicked out of the band. Luckily, someone was able to record it and dump it on YouTube:

Aside from his side of the story, the most striking part of his speech came after talking about his future plans: “I don’t know if I’ll play music again”. And he didn’t seem to be joking. Even after a fan’s comment that spawned laughter, Owens still kept a stern look on his face.

Concerning who the new singer for Chiodos will be, the answer is still shrouded in mystery. For a while, there was rumor that spread stating Austin Carlie, former singer of Attack Attack! would be taking Owen’s spot, but since then it has been proven a joke and or false.
