COBRA STARSHIP MAKE TOP 5 DEBUT ON BILLBOARD 200

“HOT MESS,” the acclaimed new album from Decaydance/Fueled By Ramen recording group Cobra Starship, has made a phenomenal chart debut on this week’s Billboard 200.   The collection — which includes the smash single, “Good Girls Go Bad (Feat. Leighton Meester)” — entered the album chart at #4, marking the New York-based band’s highest chart ranking to date.

Produced by Kevin Rudolf (Lil’ Wayne, Justin Timberlake, Kanye West), “Good Girls Go Bad” is proving to be Cobra Starship’s biggest hit single thus far, currently ranking among the top 10 tracks on Billboard’s “Hot 100.”   The single — recently certified gold by the RIAA, with sales in excess of 800,000 — is also a favorite at Mainstream Top 40 radio, where it is a bulleted top 10 blockbuster.
