British dance-pop sensation Little Boots, known to her family and friends as Victoria Hesketh, is without question the most talked-about new UK pop star of the year. The Blackpool-born singer first captured attantion as a member of electro-indie combo Dead Disco.
Opting to pursue a solo career as Little boots, she assembled an arsenal of synths and began airing her developing work on YouTube for all to see. Having recently released her US-only EP, Illuminations this summer, Little Boots will return to North America next month for a handful of tour dates.
