According to Rap-Up.com, Mariah Carey’s highly anticipated Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel has been delayed for the second time. The project was initially supposed to drop August 25th, then it was moved to September 15th, and now, it looks like fans will have to wait another two weeks since the disc is currently slated to arrive on September 29th. Mimi’s management team hasn’t released a statement yet explaining why the LP was pushed back.
